Our Impact

The world needs PlayMakers
because every child
deserves a safe place to play.

The research is clear: play positively impacts a child’s long-term health, boosts psychological and cognitive development, and strengthens critical skills like communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) established play as
a fundamental human right. On March 28, 2024, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution designating June 11 as the first-ever International Day of Play.

At play360 we develop the capacity of community leaders to build low cost, educational playgrounds, sparking innovative ways of teaching and learning in order to improve childhood outcomes.

Your support makes this work possible. Thank you.
